The christening of the believers by immersion, on personal profession of their faith. They do not practice the christening of the small children.
The autonomy of the local community (principle of subsidiarity). Links with other local Churches are of federal type (eg : Federation of Churches First Calvary Baptist, Federation baptist European)
- They search a dialogue and a collaboration with other Christian Churches :
• theological dialogue baptists-Catholics at worldwide and French levels (Federation Baptist)
• dialogue of the Federation baptist European with the Churches of she Concorde of Leuenberg (luthéro-Protestants), and dialogue are equivalent in France FEEBF-CPLR
• participation of the Federation Baptist of France in the Conference of the Christian Churches in Europe
• affiliation of the Federation Baptist of France, from 1916, to the Protestant Federation of France, created in 1905.
- The baptists were always burning defenders of religious freedom. In France they campaigned for the separation of the Church and of the State. Currently, Alliance Worldwide Baptist participates in the UNO in struggle for human rights.
Objective is to be productive, group, without losing its identity, a better evidence in Christ.
